Pratika is a master at shaping eyebrows! I've been a loyal client of hers for over a year now. The prices are reasonable for the excellent service she provides.
Absolutely shocking service. I've sent numerous emails with no response. I called twice requesting a callback, which never happened. Promised a manager would get in touch - still waiting. Was informed they hadn't even seen my emails, despite confirming the correct address. Your staff are ill-equipped to handle complaints, always promising callbacks but never following through. The work done was subpar, and I was overcharged for it. The poor lady was left feeling humiliated! Refusal to refund her, either in product or money, is disgraceful. She booked a full head of foils but ended up with uneven, overly white highlights that didn't even reach the roots. There was no proper consultation. This is truly disheartening.
