The supervisor in te kawau charged me 70 bucks for a wild manicure. They truly deserve 0 stars. The supervisor with the Short hair assures she'll do my nails and include powder and design. She didn't mention it was an additional 30 bucks. They deceive folks into adding more items on the nails. Avoid this place.

Quite costly for the level of service & nails($80 gel extensions) & the time it consumed( 1hr½). I even arrived ½ an hour earlier (I scheduled). Didn't neaten my cuticles or anything except removing nail polish from 1 finger, the preparation was terrible. It wasn't even crowded. Saw 3 different individuals & before one of the lady could complete my "nail art" ( which i paid extra for- not worth it) she was pulled away to start a pedi, I then had to indicate to the other lady she hadn't finished. Nails uneven. Truly disappointed. Had better quality for less money & nail art for no additional charge elsewhere .
