I turned up to my appointment and they had two different people doing my nails at the same time, then midway through I realise a trainee who, although very polite, clearly had no idea what she was doing, doing one hand and another girl doing my other hand. All of the nails were different lengths and sizes and I paid full price for the set. I rang up and complained and rather than doing a full set for free they did the hand the trainee had done again and when came home, after 6 hours one of the nails had already come off. Never been so disappointed with a set of nails in my life, I wouldn’t recommend.
I was visiting from out of town and desperately needed my nails redone. Donna fitted me in and did an amazing job of tidying up, re-shaping and applying new gel to my nails. The colour is stunning and they have lasted better than any set of nails so far. If I didn’t live so far away I would have her do them regularly. Fabulous experience.
I had a lovely hair cut / wash and treatment by Jennifer. I nearly fall asleep while getting my hair washed with an amazing head massage that just made the whole experience worth every penny. I felt so refreshed leaving aspects hair and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend.
