Mixed feelings. Went in at 6:30 one evening to pick up rented ski gear (was told that was enough time as they close at 7) but the security gate was shut. Asked the staff who were inside sitting at desks and was told to return the next day.
They operate until 7pm. We arrived at 6:25pm but were turned away and denied service "because it's been a really busy day". A disappointing experience as they accepted our payment but refused to give us our gear.
