The team at vision Wānaka were exceptional. From my optometrist who was incredibly thorough and addressed all my queries, to the staff who assisted me in selecting the most appropriate lenses. My spectacles arrived promptly, despite being dispatched to France and back. I was kept informed about their arrival and scheduled an appointment the following day for fitting and to ensure I grasped their functionality and what to anticipate. I received a lovely note of appreciation and some complimentary items with my purchase. I thoroughly enjoyed my customer experience and would recommend vision to anyone.

I'm merely a wanderer passing through the region, I encountered some issues with my glasses and Alex was able to swiftly and efficiently resolve my issue. I was thrilled with the excellent service for my eye examination. They have state-of-the-art equipment, well-designed spaces, and a high degree of professional skill. However, there's a significant issue, I was extremely disappointed with the guidance on lens and frame selection. My advisor was uncooperative and condescending. He only wanted to sell me the most costly lenses and frames. I went elsewhere and saved a substantial amount of money, and obtained a perfectly fine pair of glasses.
