Alex is an amazing myofascial massage therapist. The fact that she comes to the home is a big plus during hectic weeks. Dealing with a few running-related issues, Alex has assisted me in staying on track with my training and feeling my best. I've also joined a weekly Pilates class with Alex for strength training. I can't speak highly enough of her massages or Pilates classes! 😊
I’ve just finished Alex's 4-week baby massage course and highly recommend it to other parents looking to bond with their baby! Alex's soothing presence and group handling skills were top-notch, making it easy to feed baby or quietly observe massage techniques when baby dozed off.
