I turned up to my appointment and they had two different people doing my nails at the same time, then midway through I realise a trainee who, although very polite, clearly had no idea what she was doing, doing one hand and another girl doing my other hand. All of the nails were different lengths and sizes and I paid full price for the set. I rang up and complained and rather than doing a full set for free they did the hand the trainee had done again and when came home, after 6 hours one of the nails had already come off.
