My poor cat whiskers had grass seed stuck in his tonsils, he was seen as soon as I called, taken in and returned to us very quickly. Very lucky we caught them before they travelled deeper. Very efficient and friendly staff. 10/10 recommend Vetent aspiring, thanks team. Whiskers is now curled up sleeping off his anaesthesia with all the love and cuddles from his relieved family.
First time using them and honestly could not recommend them more. Everyone was so lovely and knowledgeable, and took such good care of our cats during their dental. I was pretty nervous about the cats going under, but the way they handled everything put us at ease. They even rang and updated us throughout the day which was really reassuring. Thank you so much to everyone there, we appreciate it.
I have a new rescue kitten and wanted to arrange a general check up. The receptionist was lovely and genuinely interested in Marama and when I went for the consultation the staff were brilliant. Knowledgeable, friendly and I feel went above and beyond with my new fur baby offering advice on more than my initial queries. Certainly a pleasurable experience for both Marama and myself.
