We feel super lucky to have had Ruby fix a broken switch for a complex Solar system that operates as a 5-7 Kw power backup only, NOT supplying and selling extra power to the grid. Another layer of complexity is a small dwelling on the same grid supply but not sharing generator output during a power outage. Ruby understood the complexity right away and fixed it surprisingly fast. She is highly intelligent, charming, courteous, and made sure that safety and best practices were the priority. Spark Electrical are fortunate to have a technical expert of her rare caliber.
