The nails look nice, but during the application, I got cut three times by the nail file and there was no apology. Plus, the prices are way too high! Who would want to pay $90 for French tip acrylics? Absurd!

Feeling let down today. Had a 4.15pm appointment but waited for thirty minutes before anyone was available. When I finally got seen, the technician seemed rushed and impolite. The job wasn't the best this time. They should consider managing walk-ins around scheduled appointments, not the other way around.
