Generally, I have had positive experiences getting haircuts here. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed.
The haircut was proceeding well until my partner walked in, and then the staff began to inappropriately ogle her. Took my three-year-old to Flame barbers in shells today and it was a fantastic experience for the little one. He has special needs, and Deb was amazing with him, providing toys and a small screen to play his favorite show. I phoned up last week to inquire about getting a perm. They confirmed and scheduled me in for Wednesday. "He'll give you a call if he needs more info," they said cheerfully. I was excited to add some curl to my long, lifeless hair. I know it may not be trendy, but I believe anything goes nowadays and I was really looking forward to the change.

Posting a bit late, but what a delightful grooming session it was. Booking was a breeze. Received fantastic communication and advice. Discovered our pup had the start of an ear infection.
