I've been a loyal client of Artisan Brown Hair Design for over a decade now. Karin is hands down one of the most skilled, knowledgeable, talented, and friendly hairdressers I've ever encountered. Even though I no longer color my hair, I still come in for regular washes, treatments, and blow-dries. She always knows the right words to make me feel beautiful and special, and she provides excellent advice on hairstyles and hair products. Karin and Jason aren't just talented professionals; they're also incredibly kind individuals. They genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile to make us feel special and valued. Generally, I have had positive experiences getting haircuts here. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed.
The haircut was proceeding well until my partner walked in, and then the staff began to inappropriately ogle her.
