So thrilled to have a genuine high-end spa that uses top-notch products in the heart of the city near my workplace. Went in with a group of four for a nails and luxury pedicure combo to pamper ourselves for the festive season, and it was the most amazing pedicure I've ever had! They used premium products, even opening the packaging in front of us. My feet have never felt so soft! Highly recommend the luxury pedicure, I'll definitely be visiting this place near my workplace every month and recommending it to everyone. Can't wait to come back for eyelashes and facials.
The overall experience was below par, regardless of the owner's response. That's why the one star - for the generally poor experience. Spending 2 hours doesn't guarantee a job well done! Regardless of their claims, if the experience wasn't good, that's a fact. Who has the time to redo a job that should have been done right initially? If they were too busy, they could have declined to do the feet. They agreed because it's business for them, not out of generosity! Yes, my son had a good experience, which must have been a fluke. Sometimes good, sometimes not. Luck of the draw. Take your chances! Once again, I'm referring to the entire experience, not just the painting :) Regarding the discount I requested: I mentioned I couldn't sit through another repaint, so I asked if they could offer a discount for the next visit. A kind gesture from me to save them another 2 hours of their valuable time, allowing them to do something else to make up for it. It was also a chance to retain a customer, but they made their decision :)
