Bellamy’s is owned by Logan Brown team so the quality is always amazing and stable, we went at lunch time for a three course set menu, with reasonable price, quite a few options, and you can order sides for extra portion. To entrance you need to walk into beehive first, go through security team, then take elevator go upstairs to the restaurant door. Front house staff will welcome you to inside.
A fantastic Wellington secret spot. We went during a quiet lunchtime and had impeccable service and the food was amazing. Gorgeous heirloom tomato salad, the lamb was out of this world and a fantastic setting overlooking the parliament green. Highly recommended.
Possibly the most unsatisfying dining experience I've had in Wellington. Yes we were on a First Table/half price deal but that shouldn't have meant we had a reduced menu choice and such small portions . Neither the lamb belly bacon entree or the confit duck main were on our menu tonight, but still showed on their online menu. The fish main was under seasoned, the turnip puree tasteless and the berries with it were overly sweet and ruined the small portion. If the berries had been mentioned on the menu or by our server I would not have chosen that dish. The music sounded like we were stuck in an elevator in the 80s. I made eggs on toast when I got home.
