Had an appointment with Olivia. I mentioned to her before the appointment started that my calf is really sore and it feels like it’s going to strain again if we do any strength test. She said no we have to do these tests no matter what. Didn’t seem to care that I was in pain. I have now re-injured my calf since her strength tests. Would not recommend going here as the doctors don’t care about personal preference. I am now unable to go into work because of this.
Was very promptly seen by Ms Patel and she actioned a plan with me, and wasn’t directive or dogmatic in her approach at all. Felt like a very well informed process situated in a very professional setting. Cheers
During my most recent training block I ended up with a calf injury with 4 weeks before my first 100 km ultramarathon.
