Right after I paid, a security guard requested to see my receipt. Since I never take them, I didn't have it, and then he wanted to search my bag! This is the second time this has happened to me...
It seems like this branch is running a scam. They're listed on the government website as offering free COVID tests, but when customers inquire, they're directed to the costly tests. The neighboring pharmacy actually had the free tests available.
I popped in to check out the range of skincare products on offer. As I was leaving, I was taken aback when a staff member at the exit insisted on inspecting the contents of my bag. Instead of treating all customers with respect to encourage their return, it felt like every customer was being viewed as a potential thief!
