ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE NAIL SALON IN AUCKLAND! An incredibly pleasant experience getting my nails done. The interior is stunning and immaculate. I was extremely pleased with my SNS manicure. It may not look like much from the outside, but the interior is very upscale. The ladies are exceptionally gentle, understanding, and friendly. I made a small mistake with the color I chose, and they were unbelievably patient with me. The prices are very reasonable considering how lovely it is (e.g., compared to competitors, the price is essentially the same, but the salon is much, much nicer!) I will definitely be returning and wouldn't even think about going elsewhere now. Highly recommend to anyone in need of pampering. I also received a shoulder massage, and it was absolutely delightful!
Decided to treat myself to a scalp massage, and it was the ABSOLUTE BEST. I was thrilled to discover a scalp massage spot open up, and I had a young man (whose name escapes me) perform the massage. It was so relaxing that I think I may have dozed off briefly. 😂 He was also very gentle when blow-drying and brushing my hair afterward! Looking forward to my next visit. ...
I popped into Fern nail salon today with my sister. We both requested a set of SNS nails at the same time. I asked for intricate designs on all my fingers. It was an absolutely amazing experience. My sister and I both shared how this was the most positive nail experience we've ever had. The team was incredibly professional and kind. They were patient and reassured us throughout the appointment that we could speak up if we didn't like the length or design, and we could change it at any point. We were thrilled with the final result and cannot express enough gratitude to the team. It was a truly delightful experience.
