These are my favourite nails I have EVER had, the individuals who did my nails were super patient with me as I booked the wrong service but they still made it work even though it took longer and they didn’t make me feel rushed. The shape is amazing, the color is amazing, the nail art is ✨amazing ✨ just the care that was taken was incredible! It’s very clean and tidy. ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE NAIL SALON IN AUCKLAND! An incredibly pleasant experience getting my nails done. The interior is stunning and immaculate. I was extremely pleased with my SNS manicure. It may not look like much from the outside, but the interior is very upscale. The ladies are exceptionally gentle, understanding, and friendly. I made a small mistake with the color I chose, and they were unbelievably patient with me. The prices are very reasonable considering how lovely it is (e.g., compared to competitors, the price is essentially the same, but the salon is much, much nicer!) I will definitely be returning and wouldn't even think about going elsewhere now. Highly recommend to anyone in need of pampering. Such a mint time. The crew were all sweet as and the two gals who sorted my nails were spot on. The first one sorted my old nails and the second did the art. Both were quick and on point. No mucking about at all. Performed really well and accommodated me slightly earlier than my appointment. TV with music videos playing continuously, which is a nice touch to just relax and watch. I was impressed with the final outcome and the pricing. Will definitely return as it's conveniently located near my workplace. Unsure if their parking is also impacted by the council's parking changes, so be aware that you might struggle to find a spot if you drive here.
Edit - revised to 3 stars after multiple visits, I can now confirm it's inconsistent. It's evident that the service falters when (I presume) the proprietor is absent. One individual rushed through my nails and it looked awful. She kept answering personal calls and midway through, someone else took over. Several staff members were loudly engrossed in their own activities on their phones, creating a noisy and unrelaxing atmosphere.
