Gotta give a big ups to these folks. Checked out the spot beforehand and my initial vibe was choice, so I locked in my appointment for the next week. Brought my two young'uns to get their ears pierced for the first time. All the crew communicated well, and Scott put my girls at ease, especially my youngest who was a tad nervous beforehand.
