I came in for a lash lift and eyebrow shape. The team was super friendly, and the place was impeccably clean. About a week or two after the procedures, I was content with my eyebrow shapes. However, after 5 minutes, the skin around my eyebrows became extremely irritated. By the 2-week mark, my forehead and eyebrow area started breaking out.

Today, saw the sign "Walk-ins welcome," got underarms done messily and eyebrows with a cut on my eyelid, bleeding. Lady's excuse was "busy, no time for walk-ins, but took me in anyway." My response: you could have turned me away or booked another time. Rude lady, awful experience.
