Truly one of the most disappointing haircuts I've ever received - I requested a simple trim for my shoulder-length hair and ended up with uneven strands and sizable chunks unevenly cut. Their excuse was that it was a "dry cut" so they couldn't dedicate sufficient time to it. First time ever visiting a Vivo Salon and I'm so glad I booked here at the Lambton salon and was lucky enough to be booked in with Chloe, who did an absolutely amazing job with my hair!! I have been bleaching my hair for sometime and wanted to add some depth, Chloe knew the look I was after straight away after a brief chat and nailed the colour/toner and cut I was after! Walked away feeling so happy and lucky that I have found a skilled and nice hairdresser - Thanks so much Chloe, can't wait for my next appointment!

Took my daughter here for her first haircut. They exceeded all my expectations. All the aunties showed up and they were so warm. Hemi was fantastic! He was so gentle and even gave us (the parents) as well as the two grannies a strand of hair each which they greatly appreciated.
