I had been there several times before and everything was fine until my regular stylist was unavailable, so I decided to try this new barber named "Boat." It was a regrettable choice. I've been frequenting the hair salon in Tāmaki Makaurau for a couple of years now. The establishment is always impeccably clean and organized. It exudes a serene atmosphere that is a welcome change from the chaotic and stressful salons I've visited previously. The staff members have all been exceptional. I've been attended to by three hairstylists at the salon and I would happily book an appointment with any of them again...all very skilled and take pride in their craft. Not only was Jaco super responsive, his advice on the design of the tattoo was top-notch and he even took the time to redo the original tattoo (done by a different artist) to ensure everything looks fantastic.
