Jay is an amazing therapist! She took the time to listen to areas of concerns and provided some aftercare advice with stretches that have really helped. I had a massage pre-booked before I tweak my neck and wasn’t able to turn it to the right. We stumbled upon this gem in the heart of Auckland and were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and decor. Booking in advance is a must, but the prices are reasonable and well worth it. They offer various packages at different price points. The entire establishment is immaculately clean and once inside, you immediately feel a sense of calm and relaxation. The service is top-notch, and they even offer free membership with the added perk of discounts for future visits.
Yasmin did an exceptional job. I had been dealing with shoulder and neck pain for a while, but after the session, I felt so much better and even had a restful sleep. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what she does.
