Inconsistent. Carla (owner) is exceptional in her verbal cues and tone during class. Carla truly embodies the essence of the practice. However, this is not consistent among all the instructors. The response given was "one must find their own way and be self-sufficient in practice." In my opinion, this misses the mark. If teachers lean more towards a motivational gym approach, I would prefer they are upfront about it on the schedule so I can make an informed choice. A disappointing experience. My Bioresonance Healer recommended I try Cranial Sacral Therapy for my head injury I sustained 10yrs ago, as she could only go so far, and couldn't relieve my headaches I'd been having for the last 10yrs. I found Tiana by searching online, and I am so incredibly grateful I did!. Her space is beautiful, calming and comfortable, especially her massage table. As soon as she touched my head, it felt like she was holding it to a point where it could pour out all the pain that was being held. Her touch felt warm and safe, like she was hugging my brain and with each deep breath I felt my body release my long held pain to the point where at the end of the session, I was so calm and super relaxed, like I've never felt before. Over the week after the session I began to feel like myself again, only better!. I am able to handle situations which used to stress me out, with much ease, even work stress which I used to find debilitating are able to be handled, without me canceling jobs. Not to mention the fact that I no longer have headaches or the need to hold my head, due to pain!!
