Believe me, I've never encountered such a disappointing experience with a hairstylist before. My stylist, originally from New Zealand, started off amicably, but things quickly went downhill. Despite clear instructions for a simple crew cut, he seemed unable to grasp them. Towards the end, when I pointed out a misalignment in my haircut, he became defensive, claiming I should have mentioned it earlier. It felt like he was making me out to be the problem. Spent my time watching one worker barely moving and the other man lazily on his phone, despite a long line of customers. After a single 40-minute cut, he took a food break, while we waited into our 3rd hour. He then had the audacity to tell me this place is for men, not women, and demanded money.
