Inconsistent. Carla (owner) is exceptional in her verbal cues and tone during class. Carla truly embodies the essence of the practice. However, this is not consistent among all the instructors. The response given was "one must find their own way and be self-sufficient in practice." In my opinion, this misses the mark. If teachers lean more towards a motivational gym approach, I would prefer they are upfront about it on the schedule so I can make an informed choice. A disappointing experience. For instance, the right glute received a brief but focused massage while the left received practically nothing. I was close to laughing at one point because it was so poor. Oh, and the oil was cold and left my skin feeling oily. Especially since she didn't follow the usual practice of massaging through the towel at the end to clean it off. I believe it was low-quality vegetable oil or something.
