I've been going to Bob for my nails for 14 years! Always professional, friendly, and he has a great team for a wide range of waxing & beauty therapy services as well. Really helpful with suggestions, top-notch products for skincare and makeup, plus the nail products he uses are top-quality and don't harm. I was a "biter" my whole life before I went to Bob, but never felt judged by him, he was really supportive and gave great advice. Absolutely adored the pregnancy massage, really worked out all the tension and knots in my shoulders while being gentle on the areas that didn't need much attention. The room felt a bit cramped, but once the treatment started, it didn't bother me. It would be nice to have some soothing music playing in the room to drown out the outside noise.
