The pool team are happy to lend us noodles and swim jackets if we want, and they'll fetch them if they're put away. They're always kind and polite. Once, a swimmer from another area banged on our doors while we were changing. The staff took him back and said sorry, assuring it wouldn't happen again. And it hasn't. What I adore about this pool is the clock on the wall with the right time. It's up high so everyone can see clearly. Awful massage. Clearly lacking in knowledge of anatomy. Weak hands and provided uneven attention. For instance, the right glute received a brief but focused massage while the left received practically nothing. I was close to laughing at one point because it was so poor. Oh, and the oil was cold and left my skin feeling oily. Especially since she didn't follow the usual practice of massaging through the towel at the end to clean it off. I believe it was low-quality vegetable oil or something.
