I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment; they are disorganized, inexperienced, and charge exorbitant prices. They are understaffed to the point where a heavily pregnant technician had to perform my treatment, which was less than ideal. The treatment room lacks air conditioning, making the process far more uncomfortable and painful than necessary. The insolent technician even had the audacity to blame me for the heightened pain. I decided to terminate the session midway, yet I was still charged a hefty fee. Additionally, the technicians exhibit poor hygiene, emitting body odor and bad breath. Overall, it was a regrettable experience and a waste of both time and money. I am certain there are far superior, more accommodating, and experienced establishments to choose from.About

Performed really well and accommodated me slightly earlier than my appointment. TV with music videos playing continuously, which is a nice touch to just relax and watch. I was impressed with the final outcome and the pricing. Will definitely return as it's conveniently located near my workplace. Unsure if their parking is also impacted by the council's parking changes, so be aware that you might struggle to find a spot if you drive here.
Edit - revised to 3 stars after multiple visits, I can now confirm it's inconsistent. It's evident that the service falters when (I presume) the proprietor is absent. One individual rushed through my nails and it looked awful. She kept answering personal calls and midway through, someone else took over. Several staff members were loudly engrossed in their own activities on their phones, creating a noisy and unrelaxing atmosphere. First time for a full skin check. Saw Dr O'Sullivan who patiently explained what she was going to do and what she was looking at, even called in another Dr for second opinion, which is reassuring and a good reason to use a specialist clinic. Had a couple of spots come up and I could see a Dr here sooner than I could see my own Dr and found a few to keep an eye on I wasn't even aware of myself and wouldn't have asked about if it wasn't for a full body check.
