I booked the pamper me package and added a 1-hour full body massage that I got on Grab One. The massage and facial in the package were divine! But the "spa" mani-pedi was pretty bad. There was no cuticle care, nail shaping, exfoliating scrub, or pressure massage like their website says. The person doing my nails was really struggling to apply the gel polish properly. They didn't even take off their cardigan, and the way they held my fingers kept rubbing it on my nails, leaving stains and bits of fabric. When they moved on to the pedicure, they awkwardly sat on the floor in an uncomfortable position. It was just a basic polish application that wasn't even done well. So, I might return for the massage but definitely not for nail treatments.About

I was on a trip and needed my eyebrows shaped and tinted, and also decided to get a lash lift. Emma was fantastic and I got exactly the results I desired. Also indulged in a deluxe pedicure with Bella. It was absolutely fantastic; my feet felt amazing afterward. I would highly recommend both Emma and Bella, it was a delight to have treatments with them.About

I've been frequenting the hair salon in Tāmaki Makaurau for a couple of years now. The establishment is always impeccably clean and organized. It exudes a serene atmosphere that is a welcome change from the chaotic and stressful salons I've visited previously. The staff members have all been exceptional. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment; they are disorganized, inexperienced, and charge exorbitant prices. They are understaffed to the point where a heavily pregnant technician had to perform my treatment, which was less than ideal. The treatment room lacks air conditioning, making the process far more uncomfortable and painful than necessary. The insolent technician even had the audacity to blame me for the heightened pain. I decided to terminate the session midway, yet I was still charged a hefty fee. Additionally, the technicians exhibit poor hygiene, emitting body odor and bad breath. Overall, it was a regrettable experience and a waste of both time and money. I am certain there are far superior, more accommodating, and experienced establishments to choose from.About
