I visited this place for a Brazilian and I was impressed by the atmosphere, kind staff, and their thoroughness. It is on the pricier side, but I was willing to pay for the quality of service. They excel at ensuring you experience as little pain as possible during the waxing. Their relaxation room is very inviting with self-serve tea and comfortable seating areas. Today, saw the sign "Walk-ins welcome," got underarms done messily and eyebrows with a cut on my eyelid, bleeding. Lady's excuse was "busy, no time for walk-ins, but took me in anyway." My response: you could have turned me away or booked another time. Rude lady, awful experience. First time for a full skin check. Saw Dr O'Sullivan who patiently explained what she was going to do and what she was looking at, even called in another Dr for second opinion, which is reassuring and a good reason to use a specialist clinic. Had a couple of spots come up and I could see a Dr here sooner than I could see my own Dr and found a few to keep an eye on I wasn't even aware of myself and wouldn't have asked about if it wasn't for a full body check.
