Disappointing experience - placed an online order before 8 for an 8.30 pickup, arrived at 8.45. They seemed clueless and hadn't even started my order. The weather was awful, and I was soaked from the rain, which was uncomfortable. Finally received my food at 9.10 with no apology. Upon reaching home, found the garlic chips sauce had leaked all over my drink. The food was average, wouldn't recommend for a decent meal. For instance, the right glute received a brief but focused massage while the left received practically nothing. I was close to laughing at one point because it was so poor. Oh, and the oil was cold and left my skin feeling oily. Especially since she didn't follow the usual practice of massaging through the towel at the end to clean it off. I believe it was low-quality vegetable oil or something.
