Awful massage. Clearly lacking in knowledge of anatomy. Weak hands and provided uneven attention. For instance, the right glute received a brief but focused massage while the left received practically nothing. I was close to laughing at one point because it was so poor. Oh, and the oil was cold and left my skin feeling oily. Especially since she didn't follow the usual practice of massaging through the towel at the end to clean it off. I believe it was low-quality vegetable oil or something. I started seeing Emily in my early pregnancy as I was having migraines and carpel tunnel symptoms. She is was amazing and very accommodating to my needs. Her combination of acupuncture, massage & cupping helped treat my symptoms and keep me as comfortable as pregnancy would allow. The acupuncture really helped lessen my migraines, and my carpel tunnel symptoms dramatically lessened. It also helped me get much better sleep and also helped in preparing my body for labour. I have since continued to see her for treatments after returning back to work. I now look forward to my fortnightly appointments and love going to see her.
