Georgia did my Ombré Brow Tattoo for me today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the result! She was thorough with the stencil of the tattoo and made sure I was happy before going ahead. She made me feel comfortable and her space is absolutely beautiful! Te Aroha (sorry if I didn’t spell that right) was my stylist today and I had never met them before… They were the most lovely amazing person I’ve ever had cut my hair before by far! Such a mint time. The crew were all sweet as and the two gals who sorted my nails were spot on. The first one sorted my old nails and the second did the art. Both were quick and on point. No mucking about at all. Performed really well and accommodated me slightly earlier than my appointment. TV with music videos playing continuously, which is a nice touch to just relax and watch. I was impressed with the final outcome and the pricing. Will definitely return as it's conveniently located near my workplace. Unsure if their parking is also impacted by the council's parking changes, so be aware that you might struggle to find a spot if you drive here.
Edit - revised to 3 stars after multiple visits, I can now confirm it's inconsistent. It's evident that the service falters when (I presume) the proprietor is absent. One individual rushed through my nails and it looked awful. She kept answering personal calls and midway through, someone else took over. Several staff members were loudly engrossed in their own activities on their phones, creating a noisy and unrelaxing atmosphere.
