I'm quite new to trying out non-invasive beauty treatments. This year was my first time, and I have to say - Nana, the nurse at Caci Thordon, really made me feel at ease. She was so friendly, kind, and open to all my silly questions. I've gone back for lip fillers, botox, and a cO2 laser treatment, and each time Nana has made the experience comfortable, even with a needle near my lips or forehead. I came in for a lash lift and eyebrow shape. The team was super friendly, and the place was impeccably clean. About a week or two after the procedures, I was content with my eyebrow shapes. However, after 5 minutes, the skin around my eyebrows became extremely irritated. By the 2-week mark, my forehead and eyebrow area started breaking out.

My response: you could have turned me away or booked another time. Rude lady, awful experience.
