Wow. Such awesome vibes and every single one of the people working there were super lovely! Te Aroha (sorry if I didn’t spell that right) was my stylist today and I had never met them before… They were the most lovely amazing person I’ve ever had cut my hair before by far! I was on a trip and needed my eyebrows shaped and tinted, and also decided to get a lash lift. Emma was fantastic and I got exactly the results I desired. Also indulged in a deluxe pedicure with Bella. It was absolutely fantastic; my feet felt amazing afterward. Terrible ordeal. Twice visited this spot, twice left dissatisfied. First time for a Kiwi, out in under 10min with shoddy work. Today, saw the sign "Walk-ins welcome," got underarms done messily and eyebrows with a cut on my eyelid, bleeding. Lady's excuse was "busy, no time for walk-ins, but took me in anyway." My response: you could have turned me away or booked another time. Rude lady, awful experience.
