I booked the pamper me package and added a 1-hour full body massage that I got on Grab One. The massage and facial in the package were divine! But the "spa" mani-pedi was pretty bad. There was no cuticle care, nail shaping, exfoliating scrub, or pressure massage like their website says. The person doing my nails was really struggling to apply the gel polish properly. They didn't even take off their cardigan, and the way they held my fingers kept rubbing it on my nails, leaving stains and bits of fabric. When they moved on to the pedicure, they awkwardly sat on the floor in an uncomfortable position. It was just a basic polish application that wasn't even done well. So, I might return for the massage but definitely not for nail treatments.About

Performed really well and accommodated me slightly earlier than my appointment. TV with music videos playing continuously, which is a nice touch to just relax and watch. I was impressed with the final outcome and the pricing. Will definitely return as it's conveniently located near my workplace. Unsure if their parking is also impacted by the council's parking changes, so be aware that you might struggle to find a spot if you drive here.
Edit - revised to 3 stars after multiple visits, I can now confirm it's inconsistent. It's evident that the service falters when (I presume) the proprietor is absent. One individual rushed through my nails and it looked awful. She kept answering personal calls and midway through, someone else took over. Several staff members were loudly engrossed in their own activities on their phones, creating a noisy and unrelaxing atmosphere. ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE NAIL SALON IN AUCKLAND! An incredibly pleasant experience getting my nails done. The interior is stunning and immaculate. I was extremely pleased with my SNS manicure. It may not look like much from the outside, but the interior is very upscale. The ladies are exceptionally gentle, understanding, and friendly. I made a small mistake with the color I chose, and they were unbelievably patient with me. The prices are very reasonable considering how lovely it is (e.g., compared to competitors, the price is essentially the same, but the salon is much, much nicer!) I will definitely be returning and wouldn't even think about going elsewhere now. Highly recommend to anyone in need of pampering.
