First time ever visiting a Vivo Salon and I'm so glad I booked here at the Lambton salon and was lucky enough to be booked in with Chloe, who did an absolutely amazing job with my hair!! I have been bleaching my hair for sometime and wanted to add some depth, Chloe knew the look I was after straight away after a brief chat and nailed the colour/toner and cut I was after! Walked away feeling so happy and lucky that I have found a skilled and nice hairdresser - Thanks so much Chloe, can't wait for my next appointment!

I had Grace for a head spa and it was absolutely lovely. Never had one before (saw it on social media) and it combines all the best parts of a massage with a really thorough hair wash and scalp care that's far beyond a basic hairdresser wash/head massage. I've been going to Bob for my nails for 14 years! Always professional, friendly, and he has a great team for a wide range of waxing & beauty therapy services as well. Really helpful with suggestions, top-notch products for skincare and makeup, plus the nail products he uses are top-quality and don't harm. I was a "biter" my whole life before I went to Bob, but never felt judged by him, he was really supportive and gave great advice. It took a few years because it's a hard habit to break, but I'm now "bite-free" and love flaunting my nails. I adore getting my hair done at Forever Young! Such a peaceful atmosphere, and Jamie is such a skilled stylist (colour; highlights; cut - she's the best!). I always leave feeling EXTREMELY happy with my hair. Did I mention the amazing head massages?! (These are optional for those who don't like them - apparently this is a thing???). The salon is also next to a nail salon, so simple to get hair and nails done on the same day. Easy parking on Bay road, and cafes and shops nearby to visit when you're done to flaunt your new style. They're also super accommodating if you have little ones that need to come with you. I always leave feeling like my hair is wrong because Jade remarks - in a negative tone - on it being really thick and in need of a trim. The last time I went I asked for a fountain fringe, but I don't think you could call it that because it isn't a-symmetrical - with the hair shorter further away from my face, rather than the other way around. There are always weird really short bits of hair on my head where Jade was evidently over-zealous in thinning it. The salon itself is often quite dirty and is shared with a chiropractor, so you can sometimes hear grunting as people's knots are worked out just over the partition.
