Believe me, I've never encountered such a disappointing experience with a hairstylist before. My stylist, originally from New Zealand, started off amicably, but things quickly went downhill. Despite clear instructions for a simple crew cut, he seemed unable to grasp them. Towards the end, when I pointed out a misalignment in my haircut, he became defensive, claiming I should have mentioned it earlier. It felt like he was making me out to be the problem. I've loathed my locks for ages till I came here. It'd been over a year since my last snip, and I was lost on what I wanted. All I said was, "I don't know what I want but I loathe my hair." Diamond suggested ideas that I loved and executed them flawlessly. She also gave me tips on hair care at home, which I truly appreciated. She was so caring, and I felt well taken care of.
I usually fret about arriving early to appointments as I don't want to seem pushy. I'm quite anxious, but I felt at ease once there.
During my visit, I opted for the scalp treatment, and it was incredibly relaxing. It was my first time, but I can see myself returning for more scalp treatments even if I don't need a trim.
I have no complaints. My scalp feels revitalized, and with the thinning in the cut, my hair feels much lighter. I adore the outcome. I work with people, and I believe I'll feel much more confident there.
I paid $150 for the scalp treatment, shampoo, and restyle, and for me, it was definitely worth every penny.About

Took my daughter here for her first haircut. They exceeded all my expectations. All the aunties showed up and they were so warm. Hemi was fantastic! He was so gentle and even gave us (the parents) as well as the two grannies a strand of hair each which they greatly appreciated. Spent my time watching one worker barely moving and the other man lazily on his phone, despite a long line of customers. After a single 40-minute cut, he took a food break, while we waited into our 3rd hour. Wow. Such awesome vibes and every single one of the people working there were super lovely! Te Aroha (sorry if I didn’t spell that right) was my stylist today and I had never met them before… They were the most lovely amazing person I’ve ever had cut my hair before by far! Their service and vibe was so refreshing and for someone so young in hairdressing they did such a great job on my hair! Everyone has seen me and been just as impressed as I was.
