Absolutely adored the pregnancy massage, really worked out all the tension and knots in my shoulders while being gentle on the areas that didn't need much attention. The room felt a bit cramped, but once the treatment started, it didn't bother me. It would be nice to have some soothing music playing in the room to drown out the outside noise. I've already booked my next appointment because it was the most relaxing massage I've ever had.About

I booked the pamper me package and added a 1-hour full body massage that I got on Grab One. The massage and facial in the package were divine! But the "spa" mani-pedi was pretty bad. There was no cuticle care, nail shaping, exfoliating scrub, or pressure massage like their website says. The person doing my nails was really struggling to apply the gel polish properly. They didn't even take off their cardigan, and the way they held my fingers kept rubbing it on my nails, leaving stains and bits of fabric. When they moved on to the pedicure, they awkwardly sat on the floor in an uncomfortable position. It was just a basic polish application that wasn't even done well. So, I might return for the massage but definitely not for nail treatments.About

We stumbled upon this gem in the heart of Auckland and were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and decor. Booking in advance is a must, but the prices are reasonable and well worth it. They offer various packages at different price points. The entire establishment is immaculately clean and once inside, you immediately feel a sense of calm and relaxation. The service is top-notch, and they even offer free membership with the added perk of discounts for future visits.
Yasmin did an exceptional job. I had been dealing with shoulder and neck pain for a while, but after the session, I felt so much better and even had a restful sleep. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. My Bioresonance Healer recommended I try Cranial Sacral Therapy for my head injury I sustained 10yrs ago, as she could only go so far, and couldn't relieve my headaches I'd been having for the last 10yrs. I found Tiana by searching online, and I am so incredibly grateful I did!. Her space is beautiful, calming and comfortable, especially her massage table. As soon as she touched my head, it felt like she was holding it to a point where it could pour out all the pain that was being held. Her touch felt warm and safe, like she was hugging my brain and with each deep breath I felt my body release my long held pain to the point where at the end of the session, I was so calm and super relaxed, like I've never felt before. Over the week after the session I began to feel like myself again, only better!. I am able to handle situations which used to stress me out, with much ease, even work stress which I used to find debilitating are able to be handled, without me canceling jobs. Not to mention the fact that I no longer have headaches or the need to hold my head, due to pain!!
