Terrible ordeal. Twice visited this spot, twice left dissatisfied. First time for a Kiwi, out in under 10min with shoddy work. Today, saw the sign "Walk-ins welcome," got underarms done messily and eyebrows with a cut on my eyelid, bleeding. Lady's excuse was "busy, no time for walk-ins, but took me in anyway." My response: you could have turned me away or booked another time. Rude lady, awful experience. I've been going to Bob for my nails for 14 years! Always professional, friendly, and he has a great team for a wide range of waxing & beauty therapy services as well. Really helpful with suggestions, top-notch products for skincare and makeup, plus the nail products he uses are top-quality and don't harm. I was a "biter" my whole life before I went to Bob, but never felt judged by him, he was really supportive and gave great advice. It took a few years because it's a hard habit to break, but I'm now "bite-free" and love flaunting my nails. I wanted to write this review not just to show you the before and after pics, but also to talk about how I always get the results I want when it comes to Dr Hill's talented hand and eye. Please see as per attached pics my lips prior to lip fillers and now the results after treatments.
I have been filling my lips for years now and always went with only one previous clinic. I moved to Auckland 2 years ago. I had tried 2 other treatment clinics before being referred by a friend to Dr Hill.
My previous clinics didn't quite get there with the results I was hoping for. I ventured off to Dr Hill nervous about the outcome, because let's face it, our faces aren't exactly the cheapest part of our body to keep maintained. By the end of the first visit, I was not only thrilled by the result but also extremely happy with the whole experience. Never before had I been given a "Lip cooling mask" after fillers... and not to mention 3 options of pain relief if required to help with nerves. By the time I had left the bed, I was already making another appointment for my next injectables. I have been visiting Dr Hill for around 18 months now and will never look elsewhere for my future treatments. It's such a refreshing experience to be able to talk about my required end results for my skin and face with an experienced trained hand that will be with me on my journey.
Nothing's ever too hard or questioned when it comes to my needs and wants, now who doesn't want a Dr that actually listens to your needs and helps you be the person you want to be... :)

Absolutely adored the pregnancy massage, really worked out all the tension and knots in my shoulders while being gentle on the areas that didn't need much attention. The room felt a bit cramped, but once the treatment started, it didn't bother me. It would be nice to have some soothing music playing in the room to drown out the outside noise. I booked the pamper me package and added a 1-hour full body massage that I got on Grab One. The massage and facial in the package were divine! But the "spa" mani-pedi was pretty bad. There was no cuticle care, nail shaping, exfoliating scrub, or pressure massage like their website says. The person doing my nails was really struggling to apply the gel polish properly. They didn't even take off their cardigan, and the way they held my fingers kept rubbing it on my nails, leaving stains and bits of fabric. When they moved on to the pedicure, they awkwardly sat on the floor in an uncomfortable position. It was just a basic polish application that wasn't even done well. So, I might return for the massage but definitely not for nail treatments.About
