She was so friendly, kind, and open to all my silly questions. Today, saw the sign "Walk-ins welcome," got underarms done messily and eyebrows with a cut on my eyelid, bleeding. Lady's excuse was "busy, no time for walk-ins, but took me in anyway." My response: you could have turned me away or booked another time. Rude lady, awful experience.
