First time for a full skin check. Saw Dr O'Sullivan who patiently explained what she was going to do and what she was looking at, even called in another Dr for second opinion, which is reassuring and a good reason to use a specialist clinic. Had a couple of spots come up and I could see a Dr here sooner than I could see my own Dr and found a few to keep an eye on I wasn't even aware of myself and wouldn't have asked about if it wasn't for a full body check.

I came in for a lash lift and eyebrow shape. The team was super friendly, and the place was impeccably clean. About a week or two after the procedures, I was content with my eyebrow shapes. However, after 5 minutes, the skin around my eyebrows became extremely irritated. By the 2-week mark, my forehead and eyebrow area started breaking out.

I visited this place for a Brazilian and I was impressed by the atmosphere, kind staff, and their thoroughness. It is on the pricier side, but I was willing to pay for the quality of service. They excel at ensuring you experience as little pain as possible during the waxing. Their relaxation room is very inviting with self-serve tea and comfortable seating areas. She was so friendly, kind, and open to all my silly questions.
