I had a massive request (red to ashy blonde) and they did an amazing job, going the extra mile to make sure I was chuffed with the colour. I came in for a lash lift and eyebrow shape. The team was super friendly, and the place was impeccably clean. About a week or two after the procedures, I was content with my eyebrow shapes. However, after 5 minutes, the skin around my eyebrows became extremely irritated. By the 2-week mark, my forehead and eyebrow area started breaking out.
