She was thorough with the stencil of the tattoo and made sure I was happy before going ahead. She made me feel comfortable and her space is absolutely beautiful! Really helpful with suggestions, top-notch products for skincare and makeup, plus the nail products he uses are top-quality and don't harm. I was a "biter" my whole life before I went to Bob, but never felt judged by him, he was really supportive and gave great advice. Absolutely adored the pregnancy massage, really worked out all the tension and knots in my shoulders while being gentle on the areas that didn't need much attention. The room felt a bit cramped, but once the treatment started, it didn't bother me. It would be nice to have some soothing music playing in the room to drown out the outside noise. I've already booked my next appointment because it was the most relaxing massage I've ever had.About

I came in for a lash lift and eyebrow shape. The team was super friendly, and the place was impeccably clean. About a week or two after the procedures, I was content with my eyebrow shapes. However, after 5 minutes, the skin around my eyebrows became extremely irritated. By the 2-week mark, my forehead and eyebrow area started breaking out.

My response: you could have turned me away or booked another time. Rude lady, awful experience.
