I wanted to write this review not just to show you the before and after pics, but also to talk about how I always get the results I want when it comes to Dr Hill's talented hand and eye. Please see as per attached pics my lips prior to lip fillers and now the results after treatments.
I have been filling my lips for years now and always went with only one previous clinic. I moved to Auckland 2 years ago. I had tried 2 other treatment clinics before being referred by a friend to Dr Hill.
My previous clinics didn't quite get there with the results I was hoping for. I ventured off to Dr Hill nervous about the outcome, because let's face it, our faces aren't exactly the cheapest part of our body to keep maintained. By the end of the first visit, I was not only thrilled by the result but also extremely happy with the whole experience. Never before had I been given a "Lip cooling mask" after fillers... and not to mention 3 options of pain relief if required to help with nerves. By the time I had left the bed, I was already making another appointment for my next injectables. I have been visiting Dr Hill for around 18 months now and will never look elsewhere for my future treatments. It's such a refreshing experience to be able to talk about my required end results for my skin and face with an experienced trained hand that will be with me on my journey.
Nothing's ever too hard or questioned when it comes to my needs and wants, now who doesn't want a Dr that actually listens to your needs and helps you be the person you want to be... :)

First time for a full skin check. Saw Dr O'Sullivan who patiently explained what she was going to do and what she was looking at, even called in another Dr for second opinion, which is reassuring and a good reason to use a specialist clinic. Had a couple of spots come up and I could see a Dr here sooner than I could see my own Dr and found a few to keep an eye on I wasn't even aware of myself and wouldn't have asked about if it wasn't for a full body check.

I came in for a lash lift and eyebrow shape. The team was super friendly, and the place was impeccably clean. About a week or two after the procedures, I was content with my eyebrow shapes. However, after 5 minutes, the skin around my eyebrows became extremely irritated. By the 2-week mark, my forehead and eyebrow area started breaking out.

I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment; they are disorganized, inexperienced, and charge exorbitant prices. They are understaffed to the point where a heavily pregnant technician had to perform my treatment, which was less than ideal. The treatment room lacks air conditioning, making the process far more uncomfortable and painful than necessary. The insolent technician even had the audacity to blame me for the heightened pain. I decided to terminate the session midway, yet I was still charged a hefty fee. Additionally, the technicians exhibit poor hygiene, emitting body odor and bad breath. Overall, it was a regrettable experience and a waste of both time and money. I am certain there are far superior, more accommodating, and experienced establishments to choose from.About
