Jay is an amazing therapist! She took the time to listen to areas of concerns and provided some aftercare advice with stretches that have really helped. I had a massage pre-booked before I tweak my neck and wasn’t able to turn it to the right. Absolutely adored the pregnancy massage, really worked out all the tension and knots in my shoulders while being gentle on the areas that didn't need much attention. The room felt a bit cramped, but once the treatment started, it didn't bother me. It would be nice to have some soothing music playing in the room to drown out the outside noise.
