I booked the pamper me package and added a 1-hour full body massage that I got on Grab One. The massage and facial in the package were divine! But the "spa" mani-pedi was pretty bad. There was no cuticle care, nail shaping, exfoliating scrub, or pressure massage like their website says. The person doing my nails was really struggling to apply the gel polish properly. They didn't even take off their cardigan, and the way they held my fingers kept rubbing it on my nails, leaving stains and bits of fabric. When they moved on to the pedicure, they awkwardly sat on the floor in an uncomfortable position. It was just a basic polish application that wasn't even done well. So, I might return for the massage but definitely not for nail treatments.About

I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment; they are disorganized, inexperienced, and charge exorbitant prices. They are understaffed to the point where a heavily pregnant technician had to perform my treatment, which was less than ideal. The treatment room lacks air conditioning, making the process far more uncomfortable and painful than necessary. The insolent technician even had the audacity to blame me for the heightened pain. I decided to terminate the session midway, yet I was still charged a hefty fee. Additionally, the technicians exhibit poor hygiene, emitting body odor and bad breath. Overall, it was a regrettable experience and a waste of both time and money. I am certain there are far superior, more accommodating, and experienced establishments to choose from.About

Performed really well and accommodated me slightly earlier than my appointment. TV with music videos playing continuously, which is a nice touch to just relax and watch. I was impressed with the final outcome and the pricing. Will definitely return as it's conveniently located near my workplace. Unsure if their parking is also impacted by the council's parking changes, so be aware that you might struggle to find a spot if you drive here.
Edit - revised to 3 stars after multiple visits, I can now confirm it's inconsistent. It's evident that the service falters when (I presume) the proprietor is absent. One individual rushed through my nails and it looked awful. She kept answering personal calls and midway through, someone else took over. Several staff members were loudly engrossed in their own activities on their phones, creating a noisy and unrelaxing atmosphere. Shay has done an amazing job on my hair the two times I’ve seen her and was so responsive when I wanted to come back and get my hair lightened a little more after one of those sessions.
