Wow. Such awesome vibes and every single one of the people working there were super lovely! Te Aroha (sorry if I didn’t spell that right) was my stylist today and I had never met them before… They were the most lovely amazing person I’ve ever had cut my hair before by far! Their service and vibe was so refreshing and for someone so young in hairdressing they did such a great job on my hair! Everyone has seen me and been just as impressed as I was. We stumbled upon this gem in the heart of Auckland and were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and decor. Booking in advance is a must, but the prices are reasonable and well worth it. They offer various packages at different price points. The entire establishment is immaculately clean and once inside, you immediately feel a sense of calm and relaxation. The service is top-notch, and they even offer free membership with the added perk of discounts for future visits.
Yasmin did an exceptional job. I had been dealing with shoulder and neck pain for a while, but after the session, I felt so much better and even had a restful sleep. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. I visited this place for a Brazilian and I was impressed by the atmosphere, kind staff, and their thoroughness. It is on the pricier side, but I was willing to pay for the quality of service. They excel at ensuring you experience as little pain as possible during the waxing. Their relaxation room is very inviting with self-serve tea and comfortable seating areas.
