Her skill, welcoming demeanor, and engaging conversation made the visit very pleasant. She grasped my hair type and style preferences, ensuring the cut matched my needs. Great value for money and an overall positive experience!
I wouldn't recommend this place. Found out on the day of my appointment that my stylist (the owner) is no longer working in Auckland and is moving on, so they can't reschedule me. Quite strange (considering she owns the salon) and frustrating to have my appointment canceled 4 hours beforehand when I've already arranged childcare. It's a pity because she did a great job with the color.
